Celtics on the Verge of the Playoffs

I did not expect the Celtics to make the playoffs this season.  I thought they would be terrible. Now, with 2 games left it looks like they will clinch a spot with a win, or Brooklyn loss tonight. I am so proud to be a fan of the team- as they are one of the youngest in the league with a ton of assets in the form of draft picks. Acquiring Isaiah Thomas at the trade deadline has proven to be huge as he had 40 points the other night in a victory. He is a gritty player and a ton of fun to watch. Another unsung hero of the their team is their coach, Brad Stevens. A lot of media members were critical of Stevens after he left Butler to coach the Celtics 2 years ago. He is a great coach and I am eager to see how he does in the playoffs. As far as a first round match-up I really don't want them to play the Cavaliers. I want to see them play the Hawks because I think they actually stand a chance of upsetting them. I think they matchup well with the Hawks and could potentially steal a game on the road in one of the first two contests.
